JAGGAER Announces Procurement Solution
JAGGAER, the North Carolina-based provider of source-to-settle solutions, has just announced a new procurement solution designed to manage large Capex projects: Project Based Procurement (PBP). The solution was officially released at this year’s ISM conference in Nashville, and is already being used by two JAGGAER customers. PBP enables the aggregation of all the procurement elements of a project in a digital binder, which creates a single source of information pertaining to the project. The solution manages all deliverables and tasks surrounding a project, tracks all project related transactions, and includes the development of a library of all project related events, contracts, and documents. For companies that still manage large projects with paper or Excel, this automated solution should create greater project visibility for clients, which in turn will give them real-time budget control.
Beeline Announces Strategic Partnership with EverHive
Vendor Management System (VMS) provider, Beeline, has recently announced a new strategic partnership with EverHive Corporation, a vendor neutral contingent workforce solutions firm that partners with companies to manage and create systems for contingent worker programs. EverHive offers solutions that can be customized to match specific client needs, and allows for organizations to self-manage their non-employee workforce. Joint customers will have access to an expanded portfolio, and have the option of having EverHive serve as a vendor-neutral hybrid Managed Service Provider (MSP). EverHive can also build out SOW and direct sourcing models that can be maximized via the Beeline Self-Sourcing tool and SOW platform.
Kroll Launches New Cyber Risk Assessment Platform
Kroll, a New York-based provider of supply chain risk mitigation, investigations, compliance, cyber resilience, security, and incident response solutions, recently launched a new cyber risk assessment platform, Kroll CyberRiskRankER. It is an online, automated solution that will help provide customers with a view into their cyber risk maturity, and is tailored for the insurance industry. It provides a standardized measurement of an organization’s cyber risk and threat preparedness. The platform and its tools are based on the best practice guidance of the CIS (Center for Internet Security Inc.) Controls, which is a prioritized set of actions to protect organizations from cyber attacks, developed by CIS. Insurers will be able to utilize the solution’s integration of data with Kroll’s insight, to refine the criteria for modern cyber threat scenarios. Brokers will also be able to use the solution to better understand their applicants’ cyber risk, and also offer risk management tools to their clients.
InterplX Introduces ExpenseNet 8.0 Web Application for Expense Reporting
InterplX Expense Management, an expense management solution provider with headquarters in Minnesota, has introduced ExpenseNet 8.0 to deliver a faster and more user-friendly expense reporting experience for corporate travelers. ExpenseNet 8.0 is a web application available for users across any browser or device, and is compatible with nearly all global languages and currencies. Data is stored in a cloud environment, which enhances security and ensures data integrity. InterplX has developed the app to be used by both large and small enterprises.
Cvent to Acquire Mobile Event App Company, QuickMobile
Cvent, a provider of cloud-based meetings, events, and hospitality technology, recently announced the acquisition of QuickMobile, a mobile event app provider with headquarters in Vancouver. The QuickMobile mobile app and analytics platform to help users deliver personalized and fully-integrated events and meetings. The acquisition, which is expected to close before the end of May, will help Cvent expand its Event Cloud Platform’s mobile capabilities, and extend its reach via QuickMobile’s extensive partner network. No financial terms were released for the deal.
