Lockheed Martin Names Abby Lilly Chief Supply Chain Officer

BETHESDA, MD — Lockheed Martin, the U.S. defense and aerospace manufacturer, announced Abby Lilly as its new vice president, global supply chain and chief supply chain officer.

Lilly shared in a LinkedIn post that she looks “forward to continuing to transform Lockheed Martin’s supply chain processes and organization while continuing to deliver capabilities to our customers throughout the globe. I also look forward to continuing and expanding my relationships across the Lockheed Martin community and across our supply base.”

In a message from Lilly on Lockheed Martin’s website, she expressed assurance of Lockheed’s commitment to strong and productive relationships with suppliers, with the goal to continue fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that “promotes mutual growth and success.”

In 2025, Lilly will place her focus on deepening her understanding of engagement across the broader business and “becoming more embedded in our enterprise-wide supply chain strategies and initiatives.” Key areas of focus include:

  • Executing our supply chain transformation strategy with precision, prioritizing execution efficiency, risk reduction, performance improvement, and cost savings.
  • Streamlining procurement processes to continue to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, laying the groundwork for a seamless transition to our digital transformation, 1LMX.

David Lepley Returns to ASDA as Chief Supply Chain Officer

LEEDS, England — Asda Stores Limited announced that David Lepley will join its executive team as chief supply chain officer, leading its food and general merchandise supply operations. Lepley was previously with Morrison’s where he served as executive group operations director.

The company stated that the move is a return “home” for Lepley, having previously spent 15 years with Asda, starting as a Christmas temp colleague in the Grantham store and leaving as vice president, online grocery operations. His appointment forms part of the leadership changes Asda recently announced as it doubles down on its mission to satisfy the daily and weekly shopping needs of ordinary working people and their families who demand value.

According to Allan Leighton, Asda’s executive chairman, “Delivering the outstanding value and legendary service our customers demand begins with making sure they can get the products they want every time they shop with us,” he said.

“David has considerable experience in grocery logistics and supply chain, and I am delighted that he is coming home to Asda to lead this key area for the business.”

James Beckett Joins Peak Group of Companies as SVP, Supply Chain & Global Procurement

RICHMOND, B.C. — The Peak Group of Companies announced that James Beckett was appointed senior vice president, supply chain and global procurement, effective March 3, 2025. In his new role, Beckett will lead the company’s global supply chain and procurement teams and be responsible for global supply chain and procurement strategy, global manufacturing and distribution, including facilities across North America.

The company stated that Beckett is a dynamic executive with extensive experience in leading executive teams, merchandising and marketing strategy, planning, product development, private brands, global procurement, and inventory management, for several multi-billion-dollar retailers.

Over his career, Beckett has successfully helped retailers, such as The Home Depot Canada, Canadian Tire, and Staples, accelerate innovation, increase their revenue, and develop and build their business.

At Peak, Beckett is joining a leadership team that demonstrates unwavering commitment to customer service and supply chain management, as it supplies 1,000+ home renovation and outdoor living products to more than 2,000 The Home Depot stores across North America and the Bunnings chain in Australia and New Zealand.

James “JT” Jones Joins NOVA Chemicals as Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer

CALGARY, AB — NOVA Chemicals Corporation announced the appointment of James “JT” Jones as its new chief supply chain & procurement officer.

Apollo Tyres Appoints Parmeshwaran Iyer CSCO

GURUGRAM, India — Apollo Tyres has appointed Parmeshwaran Iyer as the chief supply chain officer to lead the global supply chain team. He would strategically develop and optimize the global supply chain operations, aligning demand forecasting, production planning, logistics management, and stakeholder coordination with overarching business objectives, thereby driving operational excellence, enhancing competitiveness, and fostering sustainable growth.

The company stated that Parmeshwaran joins Apollo Tyres from Beiersdorf AG, having worked across Germany, UAE, Russia, and India. In his last role he was the global vice president, digital supply chain, responsible for defining and implementing digitalization initiatives in supply chain across the group. Parmeshwaran will be based out of Apollo Tyres’ corporate headquarters in Gurugram, India, and report to Neeraj Kanwar, vice chairman and managing director.

3M Taps Torsten Pilz to Lead Supply Chain Operations

With the initiative to link supply and demand across its end-to-end supply chain, 3M named Torsten Pilz as Group President of Enterprise Supply Chain, replacing Peter Gibbons who is retiring, to lead its supply chain operations, according to 3M CEO Bill Brown during a recent investor day conference, as reported in Supply Chain Dive.

During the investors conference, Gibbons, noted, “It’s clear there are fantastic opportunities to rewire our supply chain, product platforming, delving into tier two, tier three suppliers, looking at AI-powered planning and quality systems, all kinds of fabulous things we can do,” he told analysts.

Scott Schlotthauer Named CPO for Oklahoma State University

STILLWATER, Oklahoma — Oklahoma State University announced that Scott Schlotthauer has been named associate vice president and chief procurement officer.

The school stated that Schlotthauer rejoins OSU after serving as associate vice president and chief procurement officer at the University of Oklahoma. Previously, he served OSU as chief procurement officer for 10 years and, prior to that, as the purchasing director for the State of Oklahoma for five years.

According to Schlotthauer, “OSU procurement has a strong track record of performance in adding value, compliance and enhancing efficiency,” he said. “I look forward to rejoining a great team and facilitating the process of continuous improvement.

Matthew Novak Appointed CSCO for Fortune Brands

JR Automation Names Doug LaCroix as CPO in Newly Created Role

HOLLAND, Michigan — JR Automation, a global leader in smart manufacturing solutions, announced new roles of Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Strategy Officer as part of a matrix-based organizational change to enhance global capabilities and maintain local operations.

DHS Names Sarah Green Deputy Chief Procurement Officer

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sarah Todd Green announced on a LinkedIn post that she has been promoted to deputy chief procurement officer for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

During her four years with DHS, Green served as the department’s acquisition policy and legislation branch executive director, where led high-impact initiatives, most notably the launch of the DHS Vendor Cyber Hygiene Assessment Framework, according to Homeland Security Today.

Prior to her role at DHS, Green spent nine years with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) serving in several roles, including Unit Chief where she was responsible for a division of contracting officers and contract specialists supporting key ICE goals, as well as Deputy Head of Contracting Activity where she managed a workforce of more than 170 employees and over $2.5 billion in procurement spend supporting ICE and DHS.

Roxanne Weng Appointed CSCO for Dollar Tree

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Dollar Tree, Inc. announced that Roxanne Weng has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Supply Chain Officer, taking over for Mike Kindy who will retire after two years in the role.

The company stated that Weng has more than 30 years of retail operational leadership experience with the majority of her career at Walgreens. During her tenure there, she held roles of increasing responsibility in both store operations and supply chain and worked as a pharmacist.

Ahold Delhaize USA Appoints Sanja Krajnovic as CSCO

ALISBURY, N.C. — Ahold Delhaize USA announced that Sanja Krajnovic, EVP, ADUSA Distribution and ADUSA Transportation, has been named Chief Supply Chain Officer.

According to JJ Fleeman, CEO of Ahold Delhaize USA, “Given the scope of her role leading one of the largest supply chains on the East Coast, with more than 20 distribution centers and an expansive transportation network, it is important to have Sanja and her teams represented within our U.S. leadership group,” he said.

“Sanja has helped further solidify our self-distribution model as a competitive edge in the markets where the U.S. brands operate, with nearly 90% of our network now self-distributed. Shaun Bunch Named CSCO for Lapari Foods

WARREN, Mich. — Lipari Foods, a specialty food distributor, named Shaun Bunch for its newly created role of chief supply chain officer. As reported in Progressive Grocer, Bunch will lead the company’s supply chain operations and advance its growth initiatives.

Bunch joins Lipari Foods from Northern Tool + Equipment, where he was chief supply chain and retail officer. He also had previous roles with Amazon, Ashley Furniture, and Sleep Number. Bunch has extensive experience in manufacturing, sourcing, demand and inventory planning, distribution, fulfillment, and more.

Trang Vu Joins iLOQ as CSCO

OULU, Finland — iLOQ, a company specializing in battery-free, self-powered digital access management systems, announced the appointment of Trang Vu as chief supply chain officer (CSCO) and member of the iLOQ Leadership team.

In her new role, Trang Vu will be responsible for leading iLOQ’s global supply chain operations in line with the company’s strategic objectives. She will oversee sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, agility, and scalability. In addition, she will be in charge of New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing processes, supplier quality, and risk management across the supply chain.

PHOENIX — Banner Health announced that Ryan Koos was named senior vice president and chief supply chain officer.

Koos will oversee all aspects of Banner’s health care supply chain, including ordering, distribution, inventory, strategy of sourcing and contracting. Koos will also collaborate with key teams to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and utilizing leading-edge technology to improve overall quality, safety and supply costs.

REV Group Promotes Linas Polteraitis to CSCO

BROOKFIELD, Wis. — REV Group, Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles, announced that Linas Polteraitis has been promoted to chief supply chain officer. He joined REV Group in September 2023 as the vice president of supply chain. Polteraitis will continue reporting to Mark Skonieczny, CEO and president, REV Group.

According to Mark Skonieczny, CEO of REV Group, “Linas has been instrumental in strengthening REV’s procurement and supply chain operations,” he said.

The company stated that prior to joining REV Group, Polteraitis was senior director, supply chain at Otis Worldwide, where he led various strategic initiatives and transformations to generate increased sales and profitability. Before that, he was vice president, purchasing – direct materials at Adient; supply chain management director – Americas at Aptiv; and various progressive leadership roles in purchasing at ZF TRW, DMAX, Ltd., General Motors Corporation, and Isuzu Motors America.

Jim Scott Joins Wellness Pet Company as CSCO

BURLINGTON, Mass. — Wellness Pet Company announced the appointment of Jim Scott as chief supply chain officer and member of the executive leadership team. With a proven track record in manufacturing and logistics within the human food industry, Scott will lead supply chain management and help enhance competitive position and financial performance for the company.

The company stated that Scott is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and most recently served as vice president of operations and supply chain, USA, at Maple Leaf Foods, leading U.S. operations and supply chain transformation through enhanced operational efficiency, supply chain network optimization and strategic process improvements.

Airbus Promotes Benoit Schultz to Chief Procurement Officer

MONTREAL — Airbus announced on LinkedIn that Benoit Schultz will become chief procurement officer on October 1. Schultz is currently Head of Airbus Canada.

According to the LinkedIn post, Benoît succeeds Jürgen Westermeier, who will take on the role of President of Airbus in India and Head of South Asia region starting  September 1, succeeding Rémi Maillard who was recently nominated as EVP Engineering of the Commercial Aircraft business and Head of Technology for Airbus.

Levi Strauss & Co. Appoints Chris Callieri as CSCO

SAN FRANCISCO — Levi Strauss & Co. announced the appointment of Chris Callieri as senior vice president and chief supply chain officer. Reporting to Michelle Gass, president and chief executive officer, Callieri will join the company’s executive leadership team and will be responsible for the global supply chain operations for the Levi’s® brand. His responsibilities include product development, sourcing, global supply management, sustainability, and distribution and logistics.

According to Gass, “We’re excited to welcome Chris to LS&Co. at this pivotal moment in our evolution into a DTC-first denim lifestyle company,” she said.

The company stated that Callieri brings more than 20 years of international supply chain experience in the retail and consumer goods industries. He joins LS&Co. from Victoria’s Secret & Co., where he served as chief supply chain officer, leading a global team across multiple geographies and overseeing product development, sourcing, production, and distribution and logistics for various categories including intimates, apparel, accessories and beauty.

Ahlsell Group Names Anders Carlsson Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer

STOCKHOLM — The Ahlsell Group announced the appointment of Anders Carlsson as chief procurement & supply chain officer. He will assume the position in January 2026 and will be part of the Group Management team.

The company stated that Anders has extensive and broad experience from senior roles in purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain at international industrial and engineering companies such as Saab, GM, and ASSA ABLOY, most recently at SKF.

He has demonstrated a strong ability to drive change, develop efficient processes, and create business value through strategic management of the value chain. In his new role, Anders will have overall responsibility for the Group’s purchasing and supply chain, focusing on ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented value chain.

7 Brew Names Christopher Held as Its First Chief Supply Officer

SPRINGDALE, Ark. — 7 Brew, the drive-thru beverage concept reimagining the industry with its speed of service, premium-quality drinks, and high-energy hospitality, announced the appointment of Christopher Held as its first chief supply officer. Novolex Names James “JT” Jones as CPO

Fossil Group Appoints Laks Lakshmanan as Its Inaugural CSCO

RICHARDSON, Texas — Fossil Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Laks Lakshmanan to the newly created position of chief supply chain officer.

According to Franco Fogliato, chief executive officer of Fossil Group, “As we continue to execute our plan, building a high-performing, diverse leadership team remains a top priority,” he said.

Phil Hodges Expands CSCO Role with COO Appointment for Boston Beer Company

BOSTON — The Boston Beer Company announced that Phil Hodges, chief supply chain officer for the company, has been named chief operating officer. In this role, Hodges will expand on his supply chain responsibilities to oversee day-to-day operations across all functions and focus on continuing to improve execution and implementing the company’s previously announced brand building and margin enhancement initiatives.

The company stated that Hodges has been CSCO of the company since May 2023 after providing supply chain consulting services since 2022. He has more than 30 years of CPG experience, including roles as CSCO of Carlsberg, chief financial officer of Kraft Foods International, and general manager of Mondelez in Southeast Asia.

NEW YORK — PVH Corp. announced the appointment of Patricia Gabriel as chief supply chain officer and global head of operations.

The company stated that Gabriel joins PVH from Capri Holdings, where she currently serves as chief supply chain officer for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace. SALT LAKE CITY — Intermountain Health has named veteran healthcare leader Jeromie Atkinson as chief supply chain officer for the six-state nonprofit health system.

Atkinson returns to Intermountain Health with more than 30 years of experience, most recently at Allina Health, where he served as the vice president of strategic sourcing and supply chain performance.

According to Nanette Berensen, chief operating officer of Intermountain Health, “I am thrilled to have Jeromie leading supply chain,” she said. “Jeromie brings a wealth of innovative strategic thinking and deep subject matter expertise in supply chain science.
