Beeline and The Mom Project Announce Partnership

Global Vendor Management System (VMS) provider Beeline and digital talent marketplace The Mom Project announced a partnership last week. Beeline will offer access to The Mom Project’s talent network through its VMS platform and adds another major digital staffing solution to its already-robust ecosystem of partners.

“The Mom Project’s partnership with Beeline enables organizations to support women every day by providing the tools to seamlessly find, hire and retain more women and moms in the workforce,” said Allison Robinson, CEO and founder of The Mom Project. “Together, we are building a better workplace for the future, for everyone.”

“Beeline’s partnership with The Mom Project is important because it helps moms and other caregivers find meaningful positions with flexible work schedules and other family friendly benefits as they return to the workplace.” said Autumn Vaupel, Beeline’s Chief Operating Officer. “Additionally, talent is often in short supply in today’s tight labor market and The Mom Project gives clients a new way to access high-quality talent.”

Digital Staffing Meets MSP: Toptal Partners with Guidant Global

Digital staffing giant Toptal recently announced a partnership with global Managed Service Provider (MSP) Guidant Global, in which Guidant’s customers will have on-demand access to Toptal’s deep network of talent. The relationship signals a continued evolution of talent acquisition and staffing: not only has the utilization of digital talent networks continued to grow, but more and more business leaders desire a direct relationship with its independent workers and freelancers as a means of engaging the best-fit and best-aligned skillsets.

“If you think about the way MSPs evolved, to help clients manage and gain visibility to the myriad of staffing firms, it makes sense that today’s MSP has difficulty adapting to the freelance platform model.” That’s according to Dean Bosche, Head of Partnerships at TopTal. He continues, “Platforms are digital beings built from the ground up with built-in engagement, instant access, and transparency — some of the traditional MSP services are redundant if not incompatible. Enter a new generation of MSP that builds a solution around such a new business model and you have the partnership established between Guidant Global and Toptal. Guidant clients now have immediate access to the top 3% of freelance talent.”

Renhead Announces Additions of New End-to-End Functionality

Las Vegas-based workforce management solution provider, Renhead, announced the addition of several new types of functionality to its core offering. The product updates revolve around the notion of CWM spend/talent visibility and operational efficiency, including Renhead Analytics and custom invoicing. The analytics offering will help users drill-down into CWM data for compare/contrast initiatives, assisting them in realigning and adjusting goals if necessary. The new custom invoicing tool enables both MSPs and Renhead system users to improve overall vendor payment timelines and greatly reduce instances of manual accounting data entry.

“Companies might know how to gather data, but they often lack resources in utilizing and analyzing that data in a way that’s useful for their company,” stated Allison Tam, co-founder of Renhead, in the company’s press release. “In addition, once they choose software solutions to help them manage data and costs across projects, contingent workforce and other spend, they struggle to onboard the tools in a way that enables their users to understand and use that resource to its full potential.”

SimpliFi Seeks to “ClariFi” Workforce Solutions for the Healthcare Industry

Last week, Little Rock, AR-based SimpliFi, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that services the healthcare industry, announced the launch of ClariFi, a web-based workforce management application that combines contingent workforce management (CWM) with budgeting and even live-video interviewing capabilities. The desktop and mobile device-ready application enables healthcare workers to manage hospital continent labor categories, interview in real-time candidates to fill a variety of labor slots, and receive real-time data analytics and compliance information. ClariFi provides users with custom dashboards that enable them to load specific KPIs and reporting, such as labor-mix reporting, that is most helpful to their needs. The application also enables contingent workers to signal their availability for projects, making it easier for healthcare workers to identify potential workers to fill temporary vacancies.
