Gymshark Appoints Matt Rogers as Chief Supply Chain Officer
SOLIHULL, UK — Gymshark’s CEO Ben Francis announced in a LinkedIn post the appointment of Matt Rogers as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
The post stated that Rogers joined Gymshark in 2023 as supply chain director and has made an immediate, significant impact across the organization. Over the past few years, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving the company’s global supply chain infrastructure. Most recently, he demonstrated exceptional leadership while serving as interim general manager for sourcing and supply chain.
Stanley Black & Decker Appoints Sajid Kunnummal as Chief Procurement Officer
NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. announced the appointment of Sajid Kunnummal as Chief Procurement Officer.
Sam Berke stated in his LinkedIn post that Kunnummal brings more than two decades of global procurement and supply chain leadership to the role, spanning both heavy industry and healthcare sectors. He joins Stanley Black & Decker from BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer.
In his new role, Kunnummal will oversee Stanley Black & Decker’s global procurement strategy, focusing on driving operational excellence, strengthening supplier partnerships, and optimizing the company’s end-to-end supply chain resiliency.
Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland Appoints Priyeni Mann as Local Head of Procurement
LONDON — Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland announced the appointment of Priyeni Mann as Local Head of Procurement for its UK and Ireland diagnostics division.
Mann brings more than two decades of international experience to the position, with a distinguished track record spanning healthcare, utilities, consumer goods, manufacturing, and large-scale supply chain transformation.
As reported by KonnectHouse in its LinkedIn post, she joins Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland from Pennon Group Plc, where she served as Group Head of Procurement. In that role, Mann led a team of procurement professionals managing approximately £1 billion in annual spend, driving strategic cost optimization initiatives, embedding modern procurement technologies, strengthening corporate governance, and partnering with C-suite leadership to align procurement strategy with core business objectives.
Prior to her tenure at Pennon Group, Mann spent over eleven years at Kimberly-Clark in progressively senior leadership positions, including Procurement Manager for Non-Wovens, Contract Manufacturing, and Divestments, European Supply Optimisation Manager, and Supply Optimizer – Europe. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded global sourcing strategies, supply chain optimization programs, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional innovation initiatives that delivered significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency.
In her new position, Mann will lead the procurement strategy for the UK and Ireland diagnostics division, driving strategic sourcing, operational excellence, and value creation to support the organization’s delivery of innovative healthcare solutions.
Suntory Global Spirits Appoints Manuel Cabañas as Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer
NEW YORK — Suntory Global Spirits, a world leader in premium spirits, announced the appointment of Manuel Cabañas as Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer.
The company stated that in his new role, Cabañas will lead all aspects of Suntory Global Spirits’ global supply chain organization, including manufacturing, distribution, quality, sourcing and supply chain operations across the company’s international network.

UPS Names Wilfredo Ramos Executive Vice President and Chief International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions Officer
ATLANTA — UPS announced that Wilfredo Ramos was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions Officer.
Ramos currently leads UPS’s Asia Pacific and Brokerage businesses. During his more than 20 years with the company, he has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility across multiple regions and business units, helping drive growth, operational excellence, and customer-focused innovation.
The appointment is one of several executive leadership changes announced at UPS as part of its new global operating model.
According to Carol Tomé, Chief Executive Officer of UPS, “At UPS, we intend to leverage the full power of our global network,” she said.
“By combining global standardization with local market responsiveness, we will create greater efficiency, enhance customer experience, and strengthen our ability to grow around the world.”

TEMPE, Ariz. — Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®), the world’s first and largest professional association for supply chain and procurement, named Neal J. Couture, CAE, FASAE, its new president and chief executive officer to guide the organization’s next phase of growth, member value, and global professional impact.

Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing, a global association representing more than 35,000 members and certified professionals across 120 countries. During his tenure, he grew annual revenue 85.7 percent, established the organization’s first international operations in India and the Middle East, created a $5 million foundation endowment, and launched a proprietary AI platform trained on the profession’s body of knowledge.
