Grant Hoffman Named CSCO for Ciena Corporation
HANOVER, Md. — Ciena Corporation announced that Grant Hoffman has been appointed chief supply chain officer, joining the company with over 25 years of experience in global supply chain and operations leadership.
According to Gary Smith, Ciena Corporation CEO, “As demand for our technology continues to grow, our ability to scale and optimize our supply chain is critical to delivering for our customers.”
Hoffman previously served as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer at Poly, where he led supply chain operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Kraft Heinz Appoints Janelle Aydin Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer
PITTSBURGH & CHICAGO — The Kraft Heinz Company announced changes to its global operating structure, including merging Procurement and Supply Chain into a single function led by Janelle Aydin, who will serve as global chief procurement and supply chain officer.
According to Steve Cahillane, CEO of Kraft Heinz, “We are building momentum across many areas of the business, and this regional structure will help us meaningfully accelerate and scale our progress,” he said.
“Additionally, combining Procurement and Supply Chain into one central function allows us to more effectively manage our end-to-end value chain and strengthen supply chain resilience.”

Himal P. Desai Joins Celon Laboratories Limited as CSCO
HYDERABAD, TELANGANA, India — Celon Laboratories Limited announced that it has named Himal P. Desai as chief supply chain officer.
He will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and strengthening resilient supply chain capabilities that support business growth and manufacturing performance.
Desai brings extensive supply chain leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, having held senior positions with Sekhmet Pharmaventures, Virchow Biotech, KIMS Hospitals, and Novartis.

Düsseldorf, Germany — Henkel Consumer Brands announced the promotion of Dr. Fatih Koyuncu to chief supply chain officer.
Koyuncu stated on his LinkedIn page that he’s excited to step into the role at Henkel, thanking those who supported him and contributed to the company.
