Levelpath Launches Agent Orchestration Studio

SAN FRANCISCO — Levelpath, a premier AI procurement platform, announced the launch of Agent Orchestration Studio, a no-code tool that allows procurement teams to create their own AI Agents and multi-agent workflows. It safely empowers non-technical users to build AI Agents that automate every step of the procurement process, from intake and sourcing to contracts and stakeholder management.

The company stated that its AI agents, built on top of the industry’s only supplier graph, know the full history of an organization’s supplier relationships and understand its workflows. This ensures that their work is accurate, compliant, and impactful to procurement teams. Now customers can apply Levelpath agentic AI to an even greater array of tasks by using Orchestration Studio to design their own custom AI Agents and even entire multi-agent workflows.

According to Stan Garber, co-founder and president at Levelpath, “Customers are incredibly excited by the potential of agents to reduce cycles, eliminate inefficiencies, and free procurement teams to drive serious value from their supplier relationships. But, in practice, for many there are just too many barriers to agent adoption,” he said.

“Organizations are worried about relying on IT resources, lengthy configurations, agent errors and unpleasant billing surprises. Our platform removes these obstacles. We have hundreds of procurement professionals already working hand-in-hand with our AI Agents to get work done faster, and they are spinning up new agents every day. We’re excited to see all the work that they can automate with Orchestration Studio,” Garber added.

Fairmarkit Teams with Zip to Infuse Autonomous Sourcing into S2P Processes

BOSTON and SAN FRANCISCO — Fairmarkit and Zip announced a partnership that connects Zip’s AI-driven intake and orchestration capabilities with Fairmarkit’s autonomous sourcing platform, enabling automated workflows across the source-to-pay process.

Fairmarkit stated that the integration operates as a single, intelligent workflow with three automated stages:

  • Stage 1: Request Initiation (Zip)
  • Stage 2: Sourcing Execution (Fairmarkit)
  • Stage 3: Post-Award Orchestration (Zip)

According to James Dinette, VP of global alliances and partnerships at Zip, “Enterprise procurement operates across complex ecosystems, and teams need platforms that work together as intelligently as they work individually,” he said.

“This integration with Fairmarkit means our joint customers get AI-powered automation across the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle, from governed intake through competitive sourcing and post-award orchestration, without the friction of disconnected systems. It’s about giving procurement teams the leverage to scale with confidence.”

Expanding on the shared commitment to enterprise procurement, Allison Yount, VP of partnerships at Fairmarkit, shared that procurement teams shouldn’t have to choose between best-in-class orchestration and comprehensive autonomous sourcing. “By connecting Zip’s intelligent intake and orchestration directly with Fairmarkit’s autonomous sourcing, we’re providing enterprises with a complete solution: seamless automation from request through award, with the governance and scale they require,” Yount said.

ORO Labs Raises $100M Series C

PALO ALTO, Calif. — ORO Labs announced that it has raised $100 million in Series C funding, led by Brighton Park Capital and Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with continued participation from Norwest Venture Partners, B Capital, XYZ Capital, and Felicis.

This investment marks a major milestone in the company’s journey to redefine how procurement works in modern enterprises.

The company stated that over the past year, it has experienced 300% revenue growth, fueled by a rapidly growing demand from global organizations looking to modernize how work gets done across procurement, finance, legal, and supply chain teams. But more importantly, it’s a signal that procurement orchestration has arrived.

According to Sudhir Bhojwani, CEO and co-founder, “Demand for orchestration has skyrocketed because procurement teams are under tremendous pressure to move faster, to save more, and to make employee and supplier experiences easier,” he said.

“Procurement is shifting to a new AI-driven operating model. ORO is powering this change — helping our customers reimagine how procurement delivers impact for the business.”

EcoVadis Launches Peer-to-Peer Sustainability Community

NEW YORK & PARIS —EcoVadis announced the launch of its sustainability Community platform for suppliers that have received an EcoVadis Rating. Since its founding, EcoVadis has rated over 150,000 companies, onboarding more than 25,000 new rated companies just in the past year, making the potential of this Community one of the largest of its kind.

The company stated this exclusive, peer-to-peer collaboration space arrives as data reveals that despite political headwinds and a shifting regulatory landscape, global companies are doubling down on sustainability as a core driver of business growth and resilience. However, many smaller teams (the backbone of global supply chains) face an “execution gap,” lacking a trusted space to exchange the practical strategies needed to bridge the divide between a rating and real-world impact.

According to Pierre-François Thaler, cofounder and co-CEO of EcoVadis, “A sustainability rating is more than a score; it is a signal for change. But real value is created through the action that follows,” he said.

“The narrative that sustainability is slowing down is a myth; our data shows that behind the scenes, businesses are actually integrating it more deeply into their DNA. But we heard from our customers that they felt isolated in their journey. By launching this community, we are unlocking the collective intelligence of our network, connecting customers with peers who have already solved the same complex challenges, from decarbonizing logistics to ensuring ethical labor practices.”
