OIA Global Names Todd Earls Chief Supply Chain Officer

PORTLAND, Ore. — OIA Global announced the appointment of Todd Earls as chief supply chain officer (CSCO). In this new role, Earls transitions from OIA’s chief information officer, where he will now lead the company’s supply chain management business segment, which includes packaging solutions, raw material management, and 4PL orchestration.

The company stated that under his leadership, OIA has embraced automation, digitalization, and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled solutions and robotic process automation to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and enable smarter decision-making. His appointment as CSCO reflects OIA’s commitment to redefining supply chain management through technology, ensuring that innovation, data, and digital solutions remain at the core of how the company serves its customers.

Phil Hodges Expands CSCO Role with COO Appointment for Boston Beer Company

BOSTON — The Boston Beer Company announced that Phil Hodges, chief supply chain officer for the company, has been named chief operating officer. In this role, Hodges will expand on his supply chain responsibilities to oversee day-to-day operations across all functions and focus on continuing to improve execution and implementing the company’s previously announced brand building and margin enhancement initiatives.

The company stated that Hodges has been CSCO of the company since May 2023 after providing supply chain consulting services since 2022. He has more than 30 years of CPG experience, including roles as CSCO of Carlsberg, chief financial officer of Kraft Foods International, and general manager of Mondelez in Southeast Asia.

According to Jim Koch, CEO, “Phil brings a wealth of experience beyond his supply chain expertise, and his stepping into the COO role will enable me to focus on the big picture while he ensures we’re intensely focused on operational execution,” he said.

Steve Bodily Joins Duke University Health System as Chief Supply Chain Officer

DURHAM, NC — Duke University Health System announced the appointment of Steve Bodily as chief supply chain officer. In his new role, Bodily will lead all strategic and operational aspects of supply chain and procurement for Duke.

According to Duke Today, “Steve brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale, high-performing supply chain organizations across healthcare, higher education and global operations. Throughout his career, he has delivered measurable results in cost optimization, operational resilience and digital transformation with a focus on enabling mission success, whether in patient care, research or academic advancement.”

PVH Corp. Names Chief Supply Chain Officer and Global Head of Operations

NEW YORK — PVH Corp. announced the appointment of Patricia Gabriel as chief supply chain officer and global head of operations.

The company stated that Gabriel joins PVH from Capri Holdings, where she currently serves as chief supply chain officer for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace. A seasoned supply and operations executive, Gabriel has worked for more than 25 years leading supply, manufacturing, and logistics organizations at leading global consumer goods companies like Mondelez International and AB InBev.

According to Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH Corp., “Patricia is a consumer-focused supply chain and operations leader with a strong track record of fueling growth through consumer-centric operational excellence,” he said.

Intermountain Health Names Jeromie Atkinson Chief Supply Chain Officer

SALT LAKE CITY — Intermountain Health has named veteran healthcare leader Jeromie Atkinson as chief supply chain officer for the six-state nonprofit health system.

Atkinson returns to Intermountain Health with more than 30 years of experience, most recently at Allina Health, where he served as the vice president of strategic sourcing and supply chain performance.

According to Nanette Berensen, chief operating officer of Intermountain Health, “I am thrilled to have Jeromie leading supply chain,” she said. “Jeromie brings a wealth of innovative strategic thinking and deep subject matter expertise in supply chain science. He is a servant leader who prioritizes people and relationships first. He will undoubtedly lead our supply chain organization to new heights. His vision and dedication to excellence make him the perfect fit for this pivotal role. Please join me in welcoming Jeromie back to Intermountain Health.”

At Intermountain Health, Atkinson will guide a systemwide team of more than 1,200 caregivers to manage $4 billion in products and services.
