Lamb Weston Names Sylvia Wilks CSCO
EAGLE, Idaho — Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. announced that Sylvia Wilks has joined the company as its chief supply chain officer.
Wilks will lead the company’s global supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and continuous improvement.
The company stated that Wilks brings more than 30 years of supply chain experience in consumer-packaged goods, food & beverage manufacturing, automotive, and retail to her role. She joins the company from REI, where she was the company’s first CSCO, implementing impactful supply chain strategies that reduced costs and improved service levels.
According to Mike Smith, chief operating officer at Lamb Weston, “Sylvia is a great addition to Lamb Weston, and I’m looking forward to her bringing her depth of expertise to the team,” he said.
“Her supply chain experience in food and beverage manufacturing, and her customer centric focus will be valuable to Lamb Weston,” Smith added.

Harald Emberger Joins Reckett as Chief Supply Officer
SLOUGH, Berkshire, England — Reckitt, a consumer goods company, announced on its LinkedIn account that Harald Emberger joined the company as chief supply officer. Emberger will be responsible for Reckitt’s end-to-end supply chain operations, procurement, health & safety, and corporate security functions.
Per the LinkedIn post, Emberger brings extensive knowledge on leveraging supply as a competitive advantage by focusing on addressing resilience and agility. Over the coming months, he will be visiting Reckitt’s factories and commercial offices across the globe.
Emberger was most recently chief supply chain officer, head of supply chain for Beiersdorf, serving the ompany for more than nine years.

Dan Klepack Named CSCO in Newly Appointed Role for DSG
FARGO, ND — DSG, an independent wholesale distributor of home improvement and hardware products, announced the appointment of Dan Klepack as its chief supply chain officer.
In this newly created role, Klepack will be responsible for driving supply chain optimization, enhancing efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across DSG’s extensive network.
The company stated that Klepack brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations leadership. He most recently served as senior director of supply chain delivery planning and direct vendor shipments at Target Corporation. During his tenure, he drove significant improvements in throughput, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and vendor performance management.

Mark Ramsey Takes the Helm as CPO for HCA
Burton, OH — HEXPOL Compounding Americas (HCA), under the leadership of President & CEO, Gary Moore, announced a key change to its executive leadership team, naming Mark Ramsey as chief procurement officer.
The company stated that Ramsey brings over 25 years of procurement and supply chain experience to this role. He joins HCA from Avon Protection Services in Cadillac, MI, serving as the purchasing director in both North America and the UK, and most recently as vice president of global sourcing and supply chain for the North America region.
According to Moore, “We are excited to have Mark take the helm as the CPO for HCA,” he said. “With his extensive background and proven track record in negotiation and supplier management, Mark will be an integral part of the HCA Executive team.”

Vital Farms Taps Joe Holland as CSCO
AUSTIN, Texas — Vital Farms, a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced foods nationwide, has hired Joe Holland as chief supply chain officer — a newly created role for the company.
The company stated that Holland’s proven track record of driving operational excellence for high-impact consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies will help the company continue to raise the standards across the food industry.
He will lead Vital Farms’ diversified supply chain team, including its award-winning egg washing and packing facility, Egg Central Station (ECS), in Springfield, Missouri, its forthcoming facility in Seymour, Indiana, and dairy operations for its growing butter business.
According to Russell Diez-Canseco, Vital Farms’ president and CEO, “Joe’s unwavering commitment to service, quality, and cost principles will help us further innovate and deliver long-term resilience across our supply chain,” he said.

Most recently, Holland served as the executive vice president of operations and supply chain at Curaleaf Holdings, Inc., an international provider of consumer cannabis products.
