CPO Honors 2021 – Finalists in Focus (Future of Work Visionary)

The 6th annual CPO Honors Awards are just two days away and it is an exciting time for everyone at Ardent Partners! On Tuesday, we announced the complete list of finalists across the seven distinct awards.

As we approach the CPO Honors 2021 Awards Ceremony (click here to register), I wanted to share some of the details and great achievements of this elite list of CPOs, procurement executives, teams, and technologies. Let’s look at the Future of Work Visionary Award.

The Future of Work Visionary Award: Presented to the leader or team who optimizes talent through the use of innovative strategies and/or technology.

The Finalists:

Andreas Hettwer, Vice President – Group Procurement Category Director, Capgemini

Capgemini relies on a contingent workforce to boost its ability to deliver niche capabilities and meet clients’ needs embedded in engagement delivery. The firm deployed VMS technology to gain end-to-end visibility and control over every aspect of its external workforce, helping it get more work done on time, at the highest quality, and at the right cost. Other details will be discussed at the ceremony.

Brian Mathey, VP, Procurement – Athene

Athene is utilizing technology in innovative ways to drive better performance across the supply chain and across its workforce. Other details will be discussed at the ceremony.
