How GTAA Reimagined Vendor Management with Sirion’s AI-powered CLM

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) manages and operates Toronto Pearson International airport – Canada’s largest and North America’s second largest international airport. With IT suppliers playing a central role in running airport operations, robust vendor management is critical for delivering an efficient and seamless traveler experience. Join us for this exciting discussion to learn about GTAA’s IT Vendor Management transformation journey powered by Sirion’s AI-led CLM platform. Angella Dikmic, Manager, IT Vendor Management at GTAA will be joined by Mark Voytek, Chief Customer Officer, SirionLabs for this discussion.

Angella was brought on seven years ago to help the GTAA stand up its Vendor Management discipline. The business was in the process of going through their RFP for their IT-outsourcing project. A highly complex project that would cover the majority of IT-services across the airport. Angella helped build out the Vendor Management organization and then from there set out to find a solution that would support that effort. They knew that corporate procurement was going to at some point implement a supplier/vendor management type of discipline as well. There are now two functions within the GTAA – the supplier management function that supports the entire organization outside of IT, and the IT organization with Angella currently manages. During this discussion, Angella will go over GTAA’s transformation journey, the challenges they were facing prior the transformation, and the supplier ecosystem and why vendor management has been critical to their business.
