IQN Announces “Request for Talent” at CWM Summit
Earlier this fall, IQN, a Colorado-based provider of contingent workforce management (CWM) solutions, announced the release of a new tool, “Request for Talent,” at the annual Contingent Workforce Summit in Las Vegas. Request for Talent combines talent location, skills, experience, and pay with company labor and policy requirements in one platform to speed up the talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding process. IQN Updates and Demonstrates First Cognitive CWM Analytics Program
Also at the CWS Summit, IQN announced the release of and demonstrated its advanced CWM analytics tool, dubbed the Automated Talent Ontology Machine (ATOM). According to IQN officials, ATOM is the industry’s first cognitive analytics tool, and its inner workings may be familiar to anyone following the wave of “cognitive”, “intelligent,” or “robotic” innovation. ATOM leverages user patterns and machine learning to analyze reams of structured employee, labor, and market data from more than 130 standard job titles across more than 230 metropolitan locations in the United States. In doing so, ATOM helps procurement and supply management practitioners benchmark local labor markets to understand current rates for non-employee talent. The system also allows for automatic job title-description tagging, natural language processing, and data visualization, which can further enhance the user experience and quest to understand current market trends and future outlooks.
