Data Intensity Acquires Enrich, Inatech to Enhance Procurement Solutions

On February 24, Bedford, MA-based Data Intensity, which provides cloud-based, managed, and professional services for Oracle implementation, announced that it has acquired Enrich and Inatech to enhance its portfolio of services, particularly procurement applications and solutions. Acquiring Enrich gives Data Intensity a host of Oracle-based ERP solutions covering procurement and supply chain, from spend analysis and sourcing to contract management and supplier management. These solutions can be on-premise, on-cloud, or a mixture of the two. Acquiring Inatech gives Data Intensity another provider of Oracle products, but with an international reach that can expand Data Intensity’s market share for Oracle-based products and solutions. Together, the acquisitions build Data Intensity’s presence in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Sysintellects Releases Newest Version of Contract Management Solution

On February 26, Texas-based Sysintellects, which provides cloud-based contract management solutions, announced the newest release of its product, Contract Management Experience, or CMx, for both cloud-based or on-premise deployments. According to industry representatives, the newest release of CMx features configurable fields for users to produce customizable contracts, as well as the ability to implement the solution across the enterprise, for example in procurement or legal departments. Security features, such as two-factor or multi-factor authentication, username and password login, and role-based permission provisioning allows administrators to define and limit access based on roles and responsibilities. It also features a contract repository that allows users to search for individual documents and even metadata, as well as a related supplier/vendor database that allows users to store supplier contact information and reach out with queries.

Verian Announces Winter Release of its eProcurement Solution

On February 25, North Carolina-based Verian, which provides cloud-based spend management and procure-to-pay (P2P) solutions, announced the winter release of its eProcurement solution. According to company officials, its winter release is geared towards changing user behaviors and driving greater user adoption in order to gain the benefits of eProcurement, notably increased efficiencies and savings. As such, it provides enterprises with a configurable eProcurement solution that allows users to track performance metrics and top performers, award top performers who reach certain benchmarks, and visualize user impact across the organization.

Procurify Integrates with Slack to Offer Purchase Notification

On February 25, British Columbia-based Procurify, which provides an automated procure-to-pay solution for the cloud, announced that it is partnering with San Francisco-based Slack to integrate a purchase notification feature. The integration will allow Procurify clients to receive real-time notifications when users purchase a good or service and a purchase order is issued, thereby bridging the gap between end-users and upper management that need to approve certain purchases.
