BravoSolution Deploys a Procurement Data Analytics Tool in the Cloud
On October 27, BravoSolution, a Chicago-based provider of strategic sourcing solutions for procurement teams, announced that it has launched a cloud-based procurement data analytics and visualization tool, BravoAdvantage Analytics. The tool is based on Tableau’s business intelligence (BI) and analytics tool, and is meant to be customized according to an enterprise’s unique needs. According to company officials, BravoAdvantage Analytics is said to be able to provide an enterprise-wide view of spend data across categories, contracts, departments, suppliers, and geographies. Users can integrate data from disparate internal sources as well as external sources, like supplier databases, financial rating institutions, and the internet, onto one platform for a holistic view of their procurement data. Here, procurement data moves beyond spend data, and includes sourcing, contract, internal and external compliance, performance, and risk data. From there, users can create customized and visualized reports that are digestible for business leaders, who can then make informed, data-driven decisions.
IQNavigator Partners with Three Solution Providers to Enhance CWM Offerings
Late last month, OnRec reported that IQNavigator, a Colorado-based provider of contingent workforce management (CWM) solutions, is partnering with three other CWM solution providers to enhance its offerings within the market. First, they will integrate HireRight’s contingent labor background check capabilities into IQNavigator’s CWM platform, providing users with access to background check, drug, and health screening capabilities and enhancing their due diligence capabilities for contingent labor. Second, IQNavigator has partnered with Genesys, which deploys a cloud-based talent network, to provide IQNavigator users with immediate access to Genesys’ SaaS-based platform of contingent workers looking for their next project. Third and last, they have integrated Montage’s video and voice-interviewing solutions onto their platform to enhance users’ ability to interview remote workers directly without having to rely on third-parties or face-to-face interviews.
DocuSign Hits the Road with Visa and its DTM Solution
At the Money2020 conference in Las Vegas late last month, DocuSign, the San Francisco-based provider of cloud-based digital transaction management and electronic signature solutions, announced a partnership with Visa to integrate their DTM and eSignature applications on Visa’s smart car to demonstrate the power and versatility of smart connected devices and seamless contracting. With DocuSign’s applications enabled on the smart car, users can more quickly and seamlessly sign financial and legal documents, like purchasing, leasing, and or financing agreements, as well as license, registration, and insurance information. Demonstrators performed these tasks from the driver’s seat to show how easily and conveniently this could be done, even from within the car, itself. For contracting and procurement officials, the capability can be extended to other connected devices, allowing for faster contract execution and product delivery.
Certify Software Releases Mobile App to Enhance T&E Compliance
On October 27, Certify Software, a provider of cloud-based travel and expense (T&E) management solutions that is headquartered in Portland, ME, announced the release of a new application that is intended enhance T&E compliance. According to company officials, Certify Mobile Instant Policy Check allows business travelers to instantly determine whether their business and or travel expenses fall inside or outside of their company’s T&E policy or established limits. Business travelers simply have to take a picture of their receipts with the app, which will automatically compare them to policies and limits set by company officials. Setting limits and policies can be done in minutes, according to Certify officials. Certify Mobile Instant Policy Check is available for/on the latest version of Certify Mobile (version 1.0.52), and is compatible with iOs, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry.
