I think Roy Anderson is right on. I’d say the same thing a little differently. Vanilla, Vanilla, Vanilla. Build it easy and the the users will maximize usage. To often we over complicate because of the few and ultimately drive down overall usage and acceptance from the many. Don’t be a complicator but instead try to be a simplifier.
