					<description><![CDATA[I believe this issue will continue to be a problem until there is a convergence between O2C (Order To Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay). Companies struggle with the overhead of having to bill their clients the conventional paper way and also get settlement through lockbox (or similar) operations. There is inherent value on both sides, yet no solutions are being developed that can deal with both issues.

The proprietary nature of the P2P supplier networks being built makes it difficult to drive standardization and convergence of technologies.

Technologies like Basware invoice imaging solutions, as great as it is, can only take you so far and it only benefits the buy side of the business.

We still have a long way to go, but someone will figure this out.]]></description>
