I couldn&#039;t agree more about the absolute need to have sourcing personnel embedded in the organization.  In my mind, it is all about collaborating with the right people to gain effectiveness in the sourcing and procurement areas.  If anyone doubts that, consider the last time a sourcing or procurement initiative did not move off dead center ... and the number of ways in which collaboration was not taking place.]]></description>
