Cedric -

That is somewhat of a loaded question but I would start by asking myself, what strategic advantage my company would be able to offer potential customers, besides a lower-cost labor force.

Will my team have a process advantage? an advantage in how it uses technology? an advantage in its knowledge of categories, supply markets, or industries, etc.? And since this is a new business offering, how will you be able to prove/show this advantage to your prospects?

A whole other line of questions would revolve around the go-to market strategy and the competitive landscape of the procurement BPO market.

Hope this helps...

Andrew,

You may be correct that your subject matter is more interesting than old houses, however, I can't say for sure because I have no idea what you're talking about. CPO, IMHO, B2B, BPO, P2P?

Despite my own Holy Cross education and an MBA the only thing on this site I recognize is the "shop talk". Now that's interesting! How about a router and table saw for everyone!

In all seriousness folks, you're in good hands with Andrew. He has sage advice. Always did. Except that one evening in college...
