Today’s induction into our YouTube Hall of Fame for Procurement is Nicola Dunne, the Chief Procurement Officer at the Research Councils UK.

I had the pleasure to meet Nicola this summer at a CIPs award event in London (her team had been nominated).

In the video below, Nicola (who was previously the Head of Procurement at Royal Mail and a procurement executive at Ford) tells her story of building a procurement organization and developing the strategy to manage and harmonize the  £3 Billion that is spent across the organization’s seven councils and 100 different units.
