Folks, the tension excitement is palpable (well, my excitement is cresting, anyway – this report has some new and pretty cool stuff).
And, later this month, Ardent Partners’ first annual “State of Procurement” report will be published.
But first things first….
By way of this article, you are invited to the global debut of this research effort via a webinar next week June 14th that is hosted by SAP. The details are below, I hope you can make it.
Join SAP on June 14th, 10am Eastern as we feature the findings of the SAP-sponsored research report CPO Rising 2011: Innovative Ideas for the Decade Ahead. Attendees will hear from Andrew Bartolini, Chief Research Officer at Ardent Partners as he exposes the findings of this groundbreaking report which focuses on procurement-led innovation within the enterprise and procurement-led innovation across the supply chain — drawing from the experience, performance, and perspective of hundreds of Chief Procurement Officers and other procurement executives.
Webinar attendees will learn what strategies Best-in-Class procurement organizations are using to identify, foster, and deliver innovation and outperform their peers. Attendees will also learn the key industry performance benchmarks for 2011 and receive a series of actionable recommendations designed to improve execution and performance. Finally, all attendees will receive an exclusive copy of the final report, which many expect will be the most comprehensive, influential, and widely-distributed supply management report in 2011.
